Community Outreach
Every year, we partner with a selected local charity.
In 2026, we will be working closely with the fabulous Genesis Trust.
The Genesis Trust exists to offer immediate practical help to people who are homeless and vulnerable, and provide long-term help and opportunities for them through our interlinked projects to rebuild their lives. We work individually with people on their journey from despair to hope, from crisis to independence.
Our interlinked projects include Genesis Life Projects, Bath, Keynsham & Somer Valley Foodbank and Genesis Trust Furniture.

Donating Profits
We pledge to donate 5% of our profits to our selected charity partner as part of our commitment to our communities.

Employment Opportunity
As well as donations, each year we partner with our charity to support them with any possible employment opportunities.
We shall work with the charity, under their guidance, to utilise our professional networks to help the charity’s members gain access to prospective employment through apprenticeships, internships, temporary or permanent placements.

Volunteering
We promise to volunteer one day every quarter (four days per year) to our charity of choice.
Whatever we can do to help out, we’ll be there!
Our Work So Far…
2024 Q3 Volunteering.
Getting down and dirty - doing a serious garden tidy for one of U&D’s members alongside the fabulous Lottie.
2024 Q4 Volunteering.
Preparing a U&D members lounge room for a make over. Fierce guard dog keeping us in check, and Lottie always on hand to guide us!
2025 Q2 Volunteering.
We’re back! We’ve been ready and waiting to get stuck into the next project, and that came on a hot summers day in July. Weeding, removing builders rubble, and levelling a plot for turfing… drinks to follow!!
